UK manufacturer, Vigortronix has signed a distribution agreement with Anglia, for the UK and Ireland. Vigortronix manufactures transformers and power supplies; its AC-DC converters, power transformers, toroidal transformers, pulse transformers and wound component lines will be added to the distributor’s linecard.

The signing adds specialist products, explains David Pearson, technical director at Anglia. “[The signing] enhances our already strong portfolio of magnetic and power components, giving us a fully comprehensive range covering most core requirements as well as a great many significant niche applications,” he said.

For the Oxfordshire-based manufacturer, the agreement cements existing customer relationships and opens up the potential for new ones. Adam Betts, sales director at Vigortronix, added: “Anglia has an impressive footprint in the UK industry and close relationships with many customers that we currently don’t deal with and who will benefit from our technology”.
