The ISL8282M evaluation board is designed for evaluating the ISL8282M single channel step-down, synchronous DC/DC power supply modules that are capable of delivering up to 15A of continuous current. New ISL8282M power modules provide the highest power density available in a PMBus-enabled power module. The device integrates the controller, all power components, and Superior Grid HDA (GHDA) for industry-best thermal performance, which eliminates the need for additional heat sink or internal fans. The ISL8282M is optimized for high power density applications, reduces cost and size, and significantly minimizes design complexity and board space.
