Date:2021-03-16 00:18:12 Posted by:coowa View:67Designed to analyze repetitive or clock-derived signals, PicoScope 2-channel 9402 Sampler-Extended Real-time Oscilloscope (SXRTO) series by Saelig Company offer high-speed performance at less than half the cost of other conventional benchtop solutions already available in the market. These new devices feature two high-resolution 12-bit channels driven by the equivalent-time sampling (ETS) of up to 1.0TSa/s (1.0ps) for the 5GHz model and 2.5TSa/s (0.4ps) for the 16GHz version.
There are two models available viz. PicoScope 2-channel 9402-05 GHz Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscope and PicoScope 2-channel 9402-16 GHz Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscope with 5 GHz and 16 GHz bandwidth respectively. The wide-band inputs help in accurately measuring transitions as fast as 22ps, pulses down to 45ps wide, and permits clock performance and eye diagram analysis of up to 11Gb/s signals (to third harmonic).
