If you have a product that you like to put CE marking on it, you need to first study all the CE Marking Directives and determine which of the Directives apply to your products. For DC-DC power modules, the relevant Directives are Low Voltage Directive, EMC Directive, RoHS, and REACH. In fact EMC Directive might not be counted because DC-DC modules do not meet the requirements by themselves. There're companies include EMC Directive in their declaration with a foot note that the EMC compliance needs to be verified at system level. This is a marketing tactic that might make some customers feel better.
