How to Manage My Order?

How to place an order?

1. Log in to your Coowa account and add parts that you want to buy, make sure your shipping address is within the store's shipping region, you can complete your order when all parts are confirmed. 

2. If you won't submit your order, all selected parts will be saved in the shopping cart.

3. You can delete the parts or add them to your favorist list as well.

 

When should I pay for the order?

1. You can pay immediately after you submitted your order or you can pay later from your order list.

2. In any conditions you have to edit your order amount by store or Coowa, please pay after the edit process.

3. You can cancel your order before payment.

4. And if you don't pay within 3 days after your order, the order will be considered as invalid.

 

May I get a better price than listed?

Yes, you can. If your purchase quantity is greater than listed, you can submit your enquiry from the "Request for Quote" or "Request a Quote" link, and then store admin will contact you for details.

 

Where could I find my orders? May I track my orders?

1. Log into your Coowa account, click "My Coowa" on top right of the webpage. You can see the latest product orders in the default page, click "To order management" or "Product Order Placed" under "As a Buyer" to find more orders.

2. You can check the order status in the order list or click "Details" button to find more details about a certain order.

3. After your payment, store admin will confirm your order with ETD and note information. You can find courier information from your order details when the store shipped your order.

 

Will I get notifications about my order status?

1. You will get email notifications when  >you place an order  > you get the order paid  >your order is confirmed  >your order is shipped

2. You can also find notices in the message center in "My Coowa".

 

How about the shipping rates? Any other fees?

1. The shipping rates is different in different regions and for different transportation distances, it is also affected by logistic class and shipping methods.

2. You will see if a sales tax applied in your order before submission, and there maybe tariff generated for international shipping.

 

How do I process payment for my order?

You can pay the order by PayPal now; Coowa will add more choices for payment.


Will I get an invoice for my order?

Buyers purchase on Coowa can get an invoice in PDF format. When you finish the payment, go to the order detail page, you can find the "Invoice" button at the bottom of the order page, click to download if you need the invoice.
