How to Get Product Information and Support?
Find the right part
1. If you know the accurate part number or part of it, you can search the part from the search box on top of every page.
2. If no certain part in your mind, go to the "Products" column and check the categories list, pick the one you need and more parameters available in the product list page for further filtering.
3. Click a part number or picture, you will go to the product detail page.
How could I buy a product without price?
1. In the product list page or detail pages, you can find "Request for Quote" or "Request a Quote" links in the price field, click and fill in your request information, seller will send you the price information according to your quantity and time requirement.
2. If you can get a suitable price through negotiation, store admin will help you realize the order.
May I purchase those products that have 0 stock?
1. Yes, you can purchase the product with 0 stock, generally, you can see the average manufacturing lead time information in the product detail page, you can also contact the store admin to get more accurate lead time for certain parts.
2. It is ok if you don't want to contact the store before order, the shipping date will be available when store confirm your order.
3. For parts that don't have enough stock listed, store will ship when all parts are ready; if you have other requirements, contact store admin to revise your order.
4. Generally, the products listed limited step prices, if your requested amount is greater than listed, contact store admin to get a bulk price.
How to get technical support from seller?
1. There is "Contact Support" link above product details in the product detail page, leave your information and the support team will contact you.
2. Go the the store site and visit "Contact" column, you will find more contact information.
